“Alfred Mutua , you are an abusive man. You’re a molester. You physically abuse women, stamp, women. You’re a bad man!

But am not afraid of you. You blowing up my house, it’s just physical thing… You can blow it up. You can even kill me. But expose you… as long as I live,” Boniface Mwangi said.

He added that Governor Alfred Mutua has been using the government to harass him ever since he revealed the relationship between singer Juliani and the Governor’s ex-wife.

“You’re not gonna rest easy. You Can use the Government to come and harass me. But I am not one of your women that you can molest. Me I won’t go down easily. You have to fight harder. I am not Juliani am not Lilian….and am not afraid of you,” Mwangi stated.

Reacting to this, Alfred Mutua through his lawyer Harrison Kinyanjui has said that Mwangi injured his character by saying such words.

The governor has compelled the activist to pull down all the online materials he has been sharing, defaming Mutua.

In his demand letter, Mutua asked Boniface Mwangi to retract and pull down all of the said libelous and defamatory publications, of and concerning our client in the same prominence as in the offensive publications before close of business.

He further asked him to publish an apology and make sure the content is deleted from all online media platforms.
