After the pull and push between Wiper and ODM that had threatened to split the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition, it seems that everything has been settled after the Registrar of Political Party Ann Nderitu has gazetted the names of the officials of the newly registered coalition.
Through the gazette notice No. 4442 dated April 14, Nderitu also said that the coalition’s symbol and the slogan have been gazetted.
Its symbol is a Five Stars against a blue background in the midst of the words Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party, while the slogan is Azimio: Inawezekana.
According to the list, President Uhuru Kenyatta has been listed as the Coalition Council chairman of the Azimio, with Raila Odinga as the Party leader and Coalition Council member.
Coalition Council Members are Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Gideon Moi of Kanu, Ali Hassan Joho, Sabina Chege, Naomi Shaban, Martha Karua, Charity Ngilu, Wafula Wamunyinyi, Abdi Noor Omar and Junet Mohamed is the named as the Azimio secretary-general.

Recently Another storm is yet again brewing in the Azimio One Kenya Alliance after a section of the outfit wrote to the Registrar of Parties seeking a stop to the registration of the coalition immediately.
Among the three issues that the OKA team wants to be addressed is the issue of the running mate that reports say it feels there are plans to shortchange them.
OKA had also raised the issue of the membership of the Coalition Council maintaining that the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance is a product of three major parties that include ODM, Jubilee, and Wiper party.
