Presidential aspirant Jimmi Wanjigi has given comedian Eric Omondi a luxurious car so he can use it to drum up support for the billionaire businessman.

In an online campaign dubbed ‘Fagia wote’, Eric Omondi has been calling for the likes of Raila Odinga to leave the political arena and give room to young and fresh talent.

On Thursday, Comedian Eric Omondi visited Jimmy Wanjigi’s palatial home, where he was given the luxurious car and asked to use it for the fagia campaign, aimed at popularising Jimmi, who aspires to vie for the presidency.

“You are doing a wonderful thing selling this dream to the entire nation it is a must we ‘Fagia wote’. This car is for spreading that message, you take it to the entire nation,” Jimi Wanjigi said as he granted the comedian keys to the new ride.

The German machine given to Omondi is a Chrysler Crossfire, a two-seat luxurious car that is majorly used for sporting activities.

In Kenya the vehicle retails at between KSh 1.15 Million to KSh 2.2 million, depending on the trim level.

Before the car gift, the comedian visited Wanjigi’s home on Monday, September 5, where he was taken around the compound. He was shown around the helipad and three Mugumo trees.

Eric Omondi has been an integral part in ensuring Jimmi Wanjigi gives Raila Odinga a run for his money ahead of the 2022 General Election.

The comedian has been advocating for change in leadership, asking youths not to elect any politician who has previously held an elective position in the 2022 polls.

The online campaign dubbed Fagia Wote aims at mobilising youths to sweep a number of renowned politicians out.

“We must take back our country, this country has been free for 57 years but the youth have never known freedom, “We must call them by name, Kalonzo, Ruto, Raila, Mudavadi we know you. Time has come, we must get angry, we must take the Parliament, Senate, and State House,” said Eric Omondi in the viral video shared on his Instagram page.
