Muturi, who recently stated that he will battle it out with Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga for the country’s top seat further claimed that the former Agriculture Minister is like a wolf in a sheep skin who might turn against the people if elected as president.

He revealed that his latest interaction with the second in command has exposed his true colors as a selfish man.

“After interacting with him, I can tell he is not who he pretends to be. (William) Ruto pretends to be an angel in order to get votes but he is a wolf dressed in sheep’s clothing,” Muturi said.

Muturi further said that the deputy president is cracking jokes with Kenyans because he is yet to get into the office and show his true nature.

“Today, he approaches you, enticing you as he jokes with you, but when he will win the Presidency and you happen to knock at his door,, he will turn you away,” said Muturi.

Ruto who concluded his three-day visit to Nyeri County had urged the vote-rich Mt Kenya leaders to fold their political parties, a move that Muturi cautioned Mt Kenya leaders.

“I now hear that you have come up with a national party. I haven’t mentioned any specific politician from this region, but I am aware that there is no angel in that party,” Muturi said.
