Wiper Party leader has responded to the recent outbursts from Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala who has been attacking Raila Odinga.

During a rally in Western region on Saturday, Kalonzo told Malala to tone down the attacks on Raila Odinga since the aim of the One Kenya Alliance is to unite the country.

He further questioned whether Malala was acting on behalf of Deputy President William Ruto since he threatened to ditch OKA.

“Don’t come and tell us that when we do a certain thing you will leave us, you will leave us for where?… Our main priority as OKA is that one of us becomes a presidential candidate but there is nothing wrong with other people coming and joining us…

“Don’t come and say in the future that you have parted ways with us but in the real sense you have been sent by those in team wheelbarrow,” Kalonzo said.

The Wiper Party leader was reacting to Malaa’s speech in the rally, where he questioned Kalonzo’s intentions in being close to Raila Odinga.

“You guys should tell us your plans. We have agreed that if you will select one of you as a presidential candidate, we will support you a hundred per cent, but if you tell us to support Raila, I will dump you as soon as possible,” the Kakamega Senator said.

Before the launching of Kalonzo Musyoka’s presidential campaigns on Thursday, November 25, Malala had threatened to incite ANC members to skip the event since Raila Odinga had been invited.

After failing to skip the occasion, the Senator resorted to attacking Raila Odinga.

However, at the event, Raila Odinga gave hints of working with Kalonzo Musyoka.

“I am sure what Kalonzo (Musyoka) wants is what Raila wants. Going forward our roads will meet again. Come December 9, 2021, I will speak,” Raila said.
