Moses Kuria wonders why Raila took so long to divorce Mudavadi, Kalonzo

by Nderi Caren

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has hailed Raila Odinga’s ODM Party for their decision to divorce Mudavadi, Kalonzo.

According to Moses Kuria, Mudavadi, Kalonzo and also Moses Wetangula have for a long time been riding on Raila Odinga’s muscle under the NASA coalition of 2017.

In a Facebook post, the legislator added that the trio has been ungrateful to Raila all along, making demands that they do not deserve.

He wondered why the ODM leader has taken so long to divorce Mudavadi, Kalonzo and Moses Wetangula, who have been threatening him.

“The best decision my friend Baba has ever made is to get out of NASA. You carry people on your back. They ride on your votes, your energy, your money. They scratch your neck,” Moses Kuria said.

He wondered why the ODM leader has taken so long to divorce Mudavadi, Kalonzo and Moses Wetangula, who have been threatening him.

“They pee on your back. And they go all over town saying they should be the Presidential Candidate because you are unelectable. What took you so long Baba?” he possed.

Moses Kuria’s sentiments comes after an admission by ODM that it was leaving the NASA coalition on a clean slate, but after doing a huge favor to their partners.

On walking out of NASA, ODM parts with a total of Ksh 153 Million. The money is set to be given to Kalonzo Musyoka(Wiper) Musalia Mudavadi(ANC) and Moses Wetangula(FORD-Kenya) as an ex gratia payment.

“As ODM, we are very happy to get an opportunity to re-negotiate the NASA deal because it was very oppressive on us. You can not have 10 children, and I have 2 children, but you want us to share the cow in the middle,” ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna said after announcing their NASA exit.

However, the ODM party said that they had reached an agreement on how to share the political party’s funds with its opponents.

ODM became the third party to announce its exit from NASA, after Kalonzo Musyoka’s Wiper and Musalia Mudavadi’s ANC making the bold decision.
