“If I become the president tomorrow, I can assure you that a couple of men will have to die in this country. We cannot have people stealing and disturbing the country. They have bought the courts and every other institution,” the visibly agitated Ugenya MP told Parliament.

The legislator narrated how he would orchestrate the murder of the corrupt individuals when he becomes the head of state.

“If I was the president and an individual steals public money, I would send you to the airport and kill you along the way. We cannot have people stealing money here and there.”

He vowed to do away with all the persons in the chain of corruption including members of the judiciary and also those in parliament.

“They would not live in my regime, I assure you. If there is a High Court judge who is taking money from litigants, I will kill him. If it is a member of this house taking money from a committee that he is oversighting, I will kill him,” said David Ouma.

The legislator said that his aim was to make sure that the country is clean of corruption and persons who try to cover up the persons who are caught in the offence.

“So that we have a country that is clean enough. We cannot be claiming that we want to be clean and we are making deals with ministries here and there. “ he concluded.
