In court papers seen by Kivumbi.co.ke, the lady through her lawyer Ojijo Kepher says her affair with the Senator started in 2019.

According to the woman, her relationship with Narok Senator Ledana Ole Kina deteriorated after she told him she was pregnant.

“When I conceived and realised I was pregnant, I immediately informed the senator that he was going to be a father but to my dismay and utter shock he cut off communication with me,” she said.

The woman now demands KSh 200,000 monthly upkeep for the child, detailing that she underwent pregnancy and child birth alone.

The woman says she has catered for the child’s bill all alone, but has since lost her job; hence inability t provide for the child.

“I have singlehandedly catered for all the needs of the minor including shelter, clothing, food, nanny services and medical bills without any assistance from him,” she claims.

She added that she asked Ladeama Ole Kina to take his parental responsibility but the Narok Senator has shown no interest in the minor’s welfare.

The drama comes months after the same case faced Senate Speaker Ken Lusaka.

On June 21, a woman who had been dating Lusaka since 2018 sued him for a KSh 25 Million child upkeep.

“The cause of their disagreement was exacerbated by Lusaka’s insistence on terminating the pregnancy, a proposal that the applicant declined to accede to and now she is three months pregnant and counting since she discovered that she was expectant of Lusaka’s child as she has not been intimate with any other man other than the respondent, a fact that can be confirmed through a prenatal paternity test,” the lady said in suit papers.
