A Nyamira man has named his food kiosk after William Ruto’s 2022 campaign slogan – Bottom-up economic model

On Tuesday, November 2, the deputy president visited the ‘Bottom Up hotel’, where he took a cup of tea with locals and the business owner.

On his social media, William Ruto appreciated Zachary Matunda for the mealtime at his hotel.
After taking the cup of tea, Ruto walked out to a photo session with the hotel owner and residents.
In a post written in Kisii dialect, Ruto said “Mbuya mono bwana Zachary Matunda for the cup of tea at your Bottom-Up Hotel at Bomwagamo, North Mugirango, Nyamira County. Bottom-Up ndio form!”
