The One Kenya Alliance (OKA) principals on Tuesday, December 7, promised free medical cover to commercial sex workers should they form the next government.

“And if OKA forms the next government, every Kenyan including Boda Boda riders, Mama Mboga, and even our beautiful ladies working at night will all receive an NHIF card,” Wetang’ula said in reference to commercial sex workers.

On his part, KANU supremo Gideon Moi said the OKA government will bring back the ‘Maziwa ya Nyayo’ to schools in renewed efforts to lure back our teens to class.

Maziwa ya Nyayo is synonymous with the leadership of Gideon’s later father. Daniel Moi who is Kenya’s longest serving president (24 years)

“The OKA government will ensure that there is free education for every child in this country. So we will re-introduce the free milk to our schools,” Gideon Moi said.

Addressing residents at Wundanyi, Mwatate, and Voi towns OKA principals Gideon Moi, Moses Wetang’ula, Musalia Mudavadi (ANC) and Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper) further promised to address historical land injustices noting that the county was among the worst hit by the squatter menace.

The OKA principals further told Deputy President William Ruto’s Tanga Tanga political wing to leave the Judiciary out of politics.

Speaking in reference to Wiliam Ruto’s earlier remarks that the State was using the judicial system to harass his allies, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka said the deputy president had sensed defeat in next year’s General Election “and wants to blame it on the Judiciary.”

“Judiciary is an independent body and the State is not using it to settle political scores as claimed by William Ruto. The deputy president has already sensed defeat and that is why he is fighting Chief Justice Martha Koome for no reasons,” Kalonzo said.
