Singer Samidoh’s baby mama joins William Ruto’s party to vie for Nairobi senatorial seat

Mugiithi singer Samuel Muchoki alias Samidoh’s baby mama Karen Nyamu has officially joined the United Democratic Alliance (UDA), a party heavily associated with Deputy President William Ruto.

Nyamu was on Monday, November 29, welcomed to the Tanga Tanga political camp by at the official residence of William Ruto in Karen, Nairobi county.

The deputy president who engaged more than 3,000 members of the Wamama na Hustler, a group that has undertaken to promote our Bottom-Up Economic Model across the country endorsed Karen Nyamu for the Nairobi Senatorial seat.

“I was honoured to be officially endorsed by UDA party to contest for Senatorial position in Nairobi County 2022! We fully support William Samoei Ruto’s vision to change our economic model in the interest of Kenyans. Mpango ni Bottom up!” said Samidoh’s baby mama.

The controversial city politician who recently confirmed her second pregnancy with Samidoh in an interview with Jeff Kuria TV disclosed that she did not plan for it.

“I got a test kit and tested from the toilet just to confirm since I had missed my periods and I felt stupid since it was not planned for and bearing in mind we are headed to campaign season,” she said.

It is not clear how Nyamu who is pregnant will be crisscrossing the Nairobi County in search of votes at the time she would be expecting a child.

The controversial politician vied for the Nairobi Woman Rep post on a Jubilee ticket in 2017 but lost to Esther Passaris of ODM.

Nyamu who is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya had earlier on promised to declare her political ambitions once she gets back from Dubai where she has gone on a baecation.

It was suspected that the lawyer wanted to run for the crowded Nairobi Woman Rep position but to avoid fall outs in William Ruto’s party, Nyamu was endorsed to take over from Johnson Sakaja who has since shown interest in the gubernatorial seat.
