Similarities between the campaign vehicles of Raila Odinga and those used by the ne Kenya alliance members has raised speculations that they are all state projects.

On Sunday, October 31, the OKA principals, Musalia Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula and Gideon Moi were at a campaign in Githurai, Kiambu County.

The vehicles had the number plate KCY 474H while two others that Raila Odinga had used before had the plates KCY 473H and KCY 475H. These number plates are closely similar, raising questions on whether they acquired the vehicles coincidentally.

“Government vehicles for OKA and ODM ?,or it’s just a coincidence?” Soy MP and William Ruto’s ally Caleb Kositany questioned.

This raised other concerns from Kenyans, who opined that the opponents of Wiliam Ruto are state projects.

On Tuesday, October 19, William Ruto accused his Raila Odinga of being a state project, being pushed by President Uhuru Kenyatta.

“We cannot allow few people to meet in a boardroom and hire a presidential candidate from the opposition to impose a state-sponsored project on eight million Kenyans who woke up early to form the Jubilee government,” William Ruto said.

Later, William Ruto dared his opponents, including the One Kenya Alliance leaders to stop bothering President Uuhuru Kenyatta while seeking endorsements.

He dared them to face him one by one, and not uniting to form a coalition against him.

“My competitors must wake up to the reality that I am their competitor, President Uhuru Kenyatta is not. They should stop wasting Uhuru’s time,” he said.

He further challenged his opponents to settle on one presidential candidate and make their manifesto public like him.

“They should organise themselves. Have their candidate if they can agree, have a party like our United Democratic Alliance. Have a plan like our bottom-up and they should stop criticizing our 2022 campaign promise,” said the DP.
