The luxury Octo Finissimo Automatic timepiece which is made in Italy features an 18-karat rose gold case and bracelet.

The watch’s face reveals a brown lacquered dial, featuring a sunray finish defined by straight lines radiating from the center, mirroring the rays of the sun as they extend towards the edges.

The watch which was launched in September 2022, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the first Bulgari boutique in the United States has a thickness of just 1.8mm, making it one of the thinnest watches in the world.

The chronograph is an extremely rare limited edition with only 50 pieces made and held 3 world records for thinness in wristwatches.

Bulgari claims the piece required almost five years of research and “untold hours of painstaking work” before the front and sides of each link could be set with a sliver of marble, leaving only the interior surface (nearest to the wrist) in black DLC titanium.

It is worth noting that this is not the first time President William Ruto has flaunted a luxury watch.

Barely a month ago, hawke-eyed Kenyans spotted the First in command wearing an exquisite A Lange 1 Moon Phase watch.

The A Lange 1 Moon Phase watch is renowned for its craftsmanship.

Its price range varies from KSh 5 million (USD 36,000) to KSh 12 million (USD 88,500), depending on the specific features and specifications.
