“I have tried to walk away from all this but I have not been able to. What should I do and there are kids involved?” she said.

Speaking during an interview on Radio47, the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) lawmaker said she was hopeful of building a happy polygamous family with Edday Nderitu.

The mother of three said this would ensure that everyone involved would ultimately gain from the arrangement and that the kids have a dad who is present and attentive.

“The essence of a polygamous union is to ensure all the children involved have a present dad and the women have a present husband,” she said.

Nyamu, who has in the recent past exchanged bitter words with her co-wife said this is not a situation of kicking either party out but bringing both families together.

She maintained that she will not walk away from the Mugithi singer again to pave the way for Edday Nderitu, who is currently out of the country.

“It’s not a question of wewe ondoka, huyu ingia. Apana. Sio rahisi, it’s not an easy situation,” she added.

Nyamu’s revelations come just four months after Edday, the estranged wife of Mugithi sensation Samuel Muchoki Edday flew out of the country to the United States.

It was widely reported that Edday had gone to look for greener pastures so that she could diligently provide for her family after her bitter fallout with Samidoh.

“Edday is doing well. In fact, she is already working. She moved into her own house… That is her house, and the children are in school,” the source who requested anonymity told Nairobi News.
