According to menstylefashion.com, a wristwatch is the only hand accessory a man can invest in, and out of it realizes an exceptional timepiece.

The website further articulates that it is better to have one pretty ornamental chronograph than several unkempt timepieces.

President Uhuru Kenyatta is known for his super-expensive watch collection, and hawk-eyed Kenyans have over the years identified some of the world’s most expensive watches on the President’s left hand.

During the Magical Kenya Open tournament held at the Muthaiga Golf Club, the head of state was spotted wearing an exquisite watch estimated to be $330,000 (KSh37,653,000) at the current exchange rates.

The A. Lange & Söhne Datograph Perpetual Tourbillon Limited Edition watch is believed to be one of the best chronographs to have ever been made.

In what is already one of the most beautiful movement designs in modern watchmaking, the wrist piece has a gold flux dial that emulates the way the night sky sparkles.

In what is already one of the most beautiful movement designs in modern watchmaking, this tourbillon looks lovely and the stealth implementation protects both the dial design and Lange’s typically stoic approach to outright ornamentation.

A great proponent of innovation, the brand’s late founder Walter Lange once said: “There is something that you demand not only of your watch but also of yourself – never stand still.”

The fact KSh 37 million might look a lot to ordinary Kenyans but not to a son of Kenya’s first president who later became Kenya’s deputy prime minister and 2-term president.

However, this is just one among many watches that President Kenyatta owns.

He’s previously been pictured with a Patek Phillipe Aquanaut worth around KSh3 Million.

He has also previously been pictured wearing an Arnold & Son HM Perpetual Moon also worth around Ksh3 Million.

Uhuru is also the proud owner of a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust which retails for an estimated Ksh500,000.

Attending a requiem mass for Kenyan scholar Calestous Juma at Holy Family Basilica in 2018, Uhuru wore a Cartier Santos 100 Carbon watch valued at around KSh700,000.
