That billionaire businessman Jimmy Wanjigi lives a luxurious life and has a taste for the finer things of life is not a secret.
From owning a chopper, top-of-the-range vehicles to donning expensive designer clothes and watches, Wanjigi ostensibly lives life on the fast lane.
In 2017, at the height of the heated presidential elections, police raided the billionaire’s Muthaiga mansion and searched for him for three days, without finding him.
Interestingly, he was still in the same house but none of the law enforcers figured out the exact part of the house Wanjigi was hiding at.
As soon as they left, Wanjigi took a selfie while in the house to mock the police officers.
Wanjigi’s homestead
Recently, he hosted comedian Eric Omondi at his home, and during the visit, Kenyans caught a glimpse of the impeccable exterior of his Muthaiga palatial home.
In the compound, the presidential hopeful’s perfectly manicured lawn stands out and you would almost immediately mistake it for a park as the lush grass is well-mowed.
At the centre of the homestead lays a helipad on which the billionaire lands and preps his chopper for take-off. It is uniquely demarcated from the rest of the lawn.
From the numerous trees and flowers surrounding the mansion, it is easy to tell that Wanjigi is a lover of nature.
In the brief tour of his homestead, billionaire businessman Jimmy Wanjigi also flaunted the three Mugumo trees that surround his compound.
For him, the trees have a great significance especially as he looks into succeeding President Uhuru Kenyatta as they do in his Agikuyu culture.
“They are very old. If you have three Mugumo trees in your compound, you are a king,” he told the comedian.
Additionally, his fleet of cars was conspicuous from the video. From a distance, about four high-end vehicles were captured in the parking lot.
Besides the above amenities on the homestead, Wanjigi’s compound also has a basketball court and security cameras are placed in every corner for security purposes.
Besides his mansion, Wanjigi’s Muthaiga home boasts of a Thai-style lounge on which he uses to relax and wind down.
The ODM presidential candidate also gave Eric Omondi a luxurious car and also commissioned him to popularize his presidential bid.
Wanjigi is seeking to run for president on an ODM ticket.

A few weeks ago, billionaire businessman Jimmy Wanjigi also gave the country a glance into his posh living room in the Muthaiga home during an interview with a local TV station.
The décor of the living room which was gold-themed got Kenyans talking with many admitting it most definitely looked like a palace.
From the picture shared, gold-colored chandeliers stood out while the entire living room wowed netizens.
