However, on Thursday, January 26, controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna lashed out at opposition leader Raila Odinga’s style of condoling.

In a statement, Miguna, a fierce critic of the veteran politician said that Raila was an idle man who was there to seek attention.

Miguna who jetted back into the country after nearly five years in exile said it was wrong for the former Prime Minister to hag late CS Gorge Magoha’s wife inappropriately.

“A very idle man. He was at Prof. Magoha’s home – hugging and sitting near his wife inappropriately,” Miguna said in a Tweet.

Miguna further claimed that Raila rushed to condole with Barbara Magoha because she was not a Luo. He said Raila loves the attention of foreigners.

“Oweni kuno be onyalo tere! (He thinks he can inherit her) He loves the attention of foreigners. She is Nigerian. If she were a Luo, he wouldn’t bother much,” he added.

Barbara, the wife of late Education CS George Magoha is a Nigerian and the two had been in marriage for 40 years.

The former CS collapsed at his home and he died moments after admission at The Nairobi Hospital yesterday, Tuesday, January 24, aged 71 years.
