“Mtu hawezi hongana  taxpayers money to a certain Judge na kumtolea ngotha na kutolea wakili wangu ngotha akalie kiti yangu alafu aexpect ni nyamaze, (Someone can not bribe a certain judge with tax payers’ money and sleep with him and my lawyer so as to take my seat and expect me to keep quite.) I am ready to go to jail,” Sonko wrote in the social media post.

The former Governor was responding to a media report that Anne Kananu had obtained a court order, barring him from publishing defamatory material about her on social media.

He claimed that he has not received the court order, vowing not to hold back his expose’ until he gets the order himself.

“Let me state categorically that I have not been served with any court order personally nor have I seen one. I have just seen news alerts that I have been gagged through the media,

“I can’t be served through the media. So I will only obey court orders served to me personally. I will be writing to the judiciary seeking clarification. Nowadays you can be served with a fake order,” Sonko said.

The former county chief has been on a social media spree, exposing those who allegedly orchestrated his removal from the office of the governor.

He has named State House officials, County Assembly members, a judge, and his lawyer as some of the people who schemed his downfall.
