Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has heaped praises on his wife Fridah Muthoni who he met at the University of Nairobi 10 years ago.
The legislator has been flaunting her wife on social media, with whom they have two adorable daughters.
In his recent post, MP Babu Owino shared an image of Fridah, accompanied by a sweet message.
“Thank you God, I married a solution not a problem,” Babu Owino wrote.
In a past message, Babu Owino had described Fridah as the best part of his life and best mum to his children.
The Embakasi East MP has been involved in violent encounters including the shooting of DJ Evolve in January 2020.
Other than the shooting, Babu Owino has also been leading riots ever since his days as a student leader at the University of Nairobi.
Being a staunch member of ODM party, Babu Owino has been leading in his campaigns and even seen working with goons.
However, his wife Fridah knows another side of him, since she describes him as a gentle and loving man.
In one of their recent engagements, MP Babu Owiono asked his wife why he puts up with him despite the numerous controversies surrounding him.
“What people see, a lot of what you do or say I know that it is not a true reflection of who you are. You are endlessly a good person and that is what I love most about you,” Fridah told her husband.
She further described Babu Owino as a kind-hearted man, a trait that she sees in him.
“You are a good man. You have a heart of gold and I was able to see that from the first day I met you. I could tell that you are a good man. I always saw your goodness and the fact that I was understanding of your background. How many of us make it out of a slum?”Fridah posed.
