During the August 9 presidential campaigns, Pastor Elizabeth Thuiya predicted that Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition party flag bearer Raila Odinga will win the August 9, presidential election.
In her prophecy, the woman of God said that the then deputy president William Ruto had been rejected by God as the ruler of the country.
“Ruto will not become president. God rejected him. Watch the fifth Raila Amollo becomes president,” she said in her prophecy.
However, on Tuesday, September 13, William Ruto was sworn in as the fifth President of the Republic of Kenya.
His swearing comes just days after the Supreme Court of Kenya upheld Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairman Wafula Chebukati’s results that declared Ruto the president.
After he took an oath of office at the Moi Sports Kasarani, the Head of State proceed to State House where he held a luncheon with Kenya Kwanza allies and other dignitaries.
Also in attendance was pastor Elizabeth Thiuya who had prophecised that William Ruto will never be president.
In photos that have been circulating on social media, the woman of God was granted VIP access to the president’s luncheon.
Thuiya who spoke during a service in her church alleged that Ruto was insulting the family of the founder of the country Mzee Jomo Kenyatta.
“They (William Ruto) had started insulting Mama Ngina and God told me to arise, these people want a whole generation to be cursed,” pastor Thuiya prophecised.
The man of the cloth who is an ardent supporter of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga had claimed that God revealed to her that Raila will be the fifth president.
“God told me Raila Amollo Odinga will be president. Watch, listen carefully without prejudice, you will know the truth and it shall set you free,” she said.
