A first-time Member of Parliament from western Kenya is said to have injured his wife following a domestic fight last week.
It is said the Member of Parliament found out one of the Constituency Development Fund employees was sleeping with the wife.
It took other family members time to swing into action and rescue the lady from the irate MP who left her wife half dead and rushed her to a city hospital where she is recuperating.
It is reported that the ever absent lawmaker has since fired all the CDF employees and a contractor for intruding into his marriage before.
